Server side playlist or streaming media for Silverlight 4 client?

Hello,

I am new to silverlight, and just starting to explore options for creating a "server side playlist (audio), and also streaming media".

What would be a good, (easy, most straight forward way for someone who is just learning about these technologies) to get started with providing server side audio media files (or streaming audio) which would be accessed by (played) in a silverlight 4.0 browser application.

The silverlight app will be running in a browser (not OOB). The hosting service I am using is Windows 2008 Server.
