Service Down Again

I have 4 accounts / websites thru DiscountAsp.net. Once again today, none of these sites could be reached. This has been happening quite frequently over the last 2 months. Even Discountasp.net web sitecould not be reached. I can only assume this web hosting company's serverswere under attack once again. How come this problem has not been resolved? Is the billing department offering any kind of refunds for the inconveniences this is causing its customers?Can anyone recommend another hosting company whose service is much more reliable? I am a very frustrated customer and have lost all patience with the massive down time happening with this web host.
