Setup a site with Commerce Starter Kit

I interest in the Commerce Starter Kit (version 2.0) of ASP.Net 2.0.
So, I would like to setup a web site to sell my company products using the Commerce Starter Kit.
How doI setup a web site on DiscountASP.Net as some as Commerce Starter Kit?
As the Commerce Starter Kit use SQL Express to store the product's infromation,
can I prepare it on my local SQL Express database and then upload to the web site?
What are theother things I should consider?
