I say you stick to PC if you've been using PC for a while. Mac is nice but as with any new OS, there's a learning curve to it. I think the more important question is what software are you using rather than which platform. Are you familiar with any web design application? Bruce DiscountASP.NET www.DiscountASP.NET
Thanks for the comment, Bruce. I would be using Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, probably Dreamweaver, etc. You are right though. I may have used a Mac.... lets see 3X ever, so I am going to stick to what I am comfortable using. Andrea
If you have money to burn you could get one of the intel mac I've been told that photoshop doesn't run that great on them as of yet. It might be somthing to look at in a year or two... It seems like it would be better to buy a mac when they get the bugs out of the new hardware and the software is tweaked to run on the new ones. Post Edited (kkarasin) : 5/23/2006 9:32:59 PM GMT
Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver are idential on both platforms. It is neither better nor worse on either PC or Mac. Joel Thoms DiscountASP.NET http://www.DiscountASP.NET

what i was refering to is that Photoshop does not run will on the new Intel Mac's. The other Macs it works grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat.
Does Apple still keep their proprietory Mac machine production line? Coz I am thinking to get one - I don't like the Intel Inside idea for Mac... J. L. Technical Support/IT Admin/MIS Developer Maxtop Enterprises Inc. http://www.maxtop.ca</CODE>
