Hi, I currently can not access my site at http://www.charactercentral.net (I get connection timeouts). I see a service message about some server so I guess it is because of that; however, that message was posted 6+ hours ago with no updates... is it possible to get an idea of when it might be resolved? Are you serious? You're going to voluntarily keep the sites not working for another hour? This outage is costing me A LOT of money due to TV ads running for our website, this is completely unacceptable. You need to bring the server back on immediately including our website bvclinicaltrial.com
Don't bother with discountasp Their service is terrible, frequent outages and no phone support at all. I have been using discount for many years and we're quitting because the overall service has declined CONSIDERABLY in the past 6 months. You are much better off going elsewhere until discount gets their act together.
