Slow Application start up

    I am running DotNetNuke 2.01 withthe Access data provider,but there is an unacceptablylong delay in application startup when the site hasn't been accessed for a while. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I might prevent it? The site URL is www.bsec.org.uk .

    DNN does take a long time to load for the first time.
