   Mary

   My email keep disappearing from smartermail, the outlook account has been disabled but they are still not staying in my inbox does any one know why?
   
   Also I want to leave a copy of my emails in my smartermail when I use outlook, how do I do this?

   Here are some possible causes
   
   - Some other email clients are connecting to the server and downloaded all the mail
   - Someone removed the email using web interface
   - you have some kind of content filtering configured that deleted the email.
