Smartmail switchover not smooth at all (to say the least) ... and still having problems

  1. There was no warning that POP email would be retrieved again after the switch to SmarterMail. I've had to delete hundreds of duplicate emails from Outlook for the email account that was subscribed to using POP. Not good.

    For the accounts subscribed to using Entourage and IMAP, the problems have been even worse. Folders copied into the wrong account, incredibly slow response from the server, if it doesn't time out altogether. Very spotty connections in general. Even now, all mail in not coming down cleanly from the server (all my old Sent Items, for instance).

    That's weird.. we have migrated over 30000 domains over to SmarterMail and we have not heard such report.

    Can you create a support ticket?
