SMTP authentication still not working???

    I have followed all the steps in updating my outlook 2003 email for SMTP authentication when sending out emails but it still does not work.
    When ever I try to send out an email, I get the following error message:

    <ul>The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
    ...
    553 sorry, relaying denied from your location [146.145.54.142] (#5.7.1)    [/list]
    What is going on? I need to send out emails ASAP...

    Please log into your control panel (https://my.discountasp.net) and use the Helpdesk Ticket Manager to send in a helpdesk ticket to the Technical Support Department. You can track the status of the ticket and reply to the ticket from the Ticket History.
