Hi

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error, in query analyzer (MS SQL 2000) when I run the query listed below ?

Server: Msg 245, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Syntax error converting the nvarchar value 'Col_2' to a column of data type smallint.
