  1. Hi Guys

Firstly, loving SmarterMail, especially the Sync tool, as there is nothing worse than being on holiday, logging into webmail and remembering that your contacts aren't there!

Just a question about the spam filtering, I have just set the filtering to the 'Subject Text' option, and noticed that there was a Trusted Senders 'tab' and textbox... as I have synchronised my contacts to SmarterMail are these already 'trusted' (somewhat like Outlook does) or do I still need to copy all my contacts email address into that textbox??

    Cheers

if you want to specifically whitelist them, yes, you will need to put them into the trusted sender list.

In general, you do not need to use the whitelist feature unless the sending parties email keeps getting flagged as spam.
