SPF Question

i need some help here, ok..</o>
i would like to add SPF record to my dns, </o>
I Understood how to add it but now quite what is the content of it..</o>
i used http://old.openspf.org/wizard.html?mydomain=www.formlogix.com</o>
and now im confused with all the options there (ptr,mx,ip4...what did i do wrong ???)</o>

basically my server is a single dedicated server.</o>
when i used the tool i got :</o>
"v=spf1 a ~all"</o>
</o>
</o>
now in the aplus DNS manager, do i need to add a new entry for www.formlogix.com with this "v=spf1 a ~all"</o>
or v=spf1 a ~all (without the quotes)</o>
</o>
</o>
does the generated code is correct ? only the server is sending emails, just me.</o>
</o>
i don't want to make any damage and you assistance will be very thankfull!</o>
