Sprint Cell Phone email

    hey folks,
    I have an end user that is using Sprint on their cell phone service.

    They seem to be unable to set up the email on it and I'm wondering if I'm missing something here? I tried the very same settings I use on my personal cell phone (cingular) with no problems.

    Any ideas?

    you probably should have your client contact sprint support. They may be blocking access to server outside of their network.
