What edition is used in SQL 2008 hosting? Express, Standard or Enterprise?

If I purchase two or more databases, can I transfer DB objects between them?

Can I encrypt stored procedures and other DB objects?

Can I use the job scheduler to run whatever SProcs I want?

  3. Hi,
DASP runs the Web edition. They run on their own servers in a protected environment.
You can transfer objects, you can manage multiple DB's from your local Managment.
I don't think you can encrypt but I'm not sure, hopefully one of the DBA's will fill in.
There are ways to run jobs. The API is one you can also use page code that you create an event for from your Control Panel. And of course since you can create server conns from your local Management Studio you can roll your own schedules locally.
Some higher SP processes are protected, the normal Shared hosting protection.
    All the best,
    Mark
