I have connected to a remote hosted discountasp.bet SQL2012 database with SQLServer Management Studio successfully. However I can't do certain things like edit a table. I get a message that this "backend version is not supported to design database diagrams or tables." (MS Visual Database Tools). I think it has something to do with security and database users but I can't figure out what to do . I can run anytime of query without a problem including ALTER or CREATE. I'd like to be able to use some of the GUI features of Management Studio.
