  1. Is it possible for SQL Profiler to be enabled for your DBA customers? I tried it today it said it was not allowed.

This is not allowed for performance reason.

  3. Interesting, I expected you to say - for Security reasons. What performance issues have you identified with SQL Profiler? Has this issue been experienced by others?

  4. I would apreciate the detail behind DASP's decision not to support SQL Profiler. This is one of the tools I have noticed that some others are supporting...(I can get an example if required...) This tool is worth the effort!

Please provide some companies that are doing that.

    I've confirmed w/ our DBA.

Profiler is not supported because it requires SA permission to run. You were right, it's a security issue.
