SQl Server 2005 export Wizard

    I used to be able to Run Wizard in 2000 and transfer all the data to the server. http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10041
    How do I do it with SQL 2005? I want to synchronize my laptop databse with hosting database.
    If there is no way, I would need to downgrade my database to SQL Server 2000.
    Please help.
