SSL Support

  1. Greetings,

    I'm trying to install ssl on my account, got myself in some trouble but can't seem to get any support since last night.

    What is the normal time frame for support?

    The problem:
    I have cancelled my rapid SSL request because I saw in an email wrong.
    Now it seems that I can't order it again in the system.
    It is cancelled thus, I didn't use.

    Can they reset the Rapid SSL so I can reorder again?

    If you received the approval email from RapidSSL but denied it due to an error, the billing department has to cancel the order and then you'll be able to start again.

    Send billing a ticket.
