  1. Hi,

I am developing a solution for a client and it will involve two web applications.

    1) An Orchard CMS system
    2) An ASP.net mvc 3 web site

The apps are completely seperate and no data is exchanged between them etc..

If I am to host these with DSAP.net would I need two seperate accounts with seperate domains, or could I use one account with a subdomain to acheive the same thing?

    Thanks
    Michael

  2. You could go either way, the only issue I see is that you will be sharing resources which includes memory, disk space, bandwidth, etc.

We never recommend hosting multiple applications on the same account for performance reasons, however this can be simply done on one account if you want to save some money. I say give it a try and if you start running into 503 service unavailable error messages contact support so we can take a look at the server logs to check if your applications are hitting our application pool limit thresholds.
