Is it possible to use them here?
MS SQL I want multiple DB's but do not need 300mb, can I subdivide the one or do I just have to use some naming convention for each table?

  2. Hi,
You can do a lot with Sub-domains here.
Any additional domain names can be added via the Control Panel then you create code sniffing as needed on your site.

Each SQL Server account has one DB but you can add more for an additional charge.
If however you use SQL Server 2008 you get the most storage and with it you can of course have multiple tables, your domains can use the single DB and you can use a naming convention for your tables to keep things straight.
    All the best,
    Mark

  4. Hi,
I have promised to do a Webcast on this and still haven't. Bad doggie. ;-)
On one of the sites DASP provides me with I have a root URL:
    msftwise.com

Pointers are added to that site, i.e. http://msftwise.org/

That site also has unlimited sub-domains, so any real magic is possible.

I can for example have sections for Silverlight with redirects using the .ORG domain, with and without sub-domains.
See how sexy that is? Honestly, DASP rocks and you can roll just about anything you can dream up.
Long as it is on the the up-and-up because integrity also rules here. ;-)
    All the best,
    Mark

  5. I just wanted to chime in here about the value of sub-domains and how awesome DASP is.

We use sub-domains heavily and have a whole system for site areas based on the sub-domain. We use code to direct the user to the appropriate site, based on the sub-domain.domain they enter-

    It's fantastic- thank you!
