Subdomain with external ip adresses

Hi!
I need some subdomains for imb.al, for example alphaweb.imb.la to point to my own applications in external servers with static ip. How can i do this?! in the old host i just created the subdomain and than add an A type record with the domain name and ip adress where to point.

For doing this do i have to buy the add-on for subdomains or i can do it without buying it?

 

You can create the A-records by going in the DNS Manager.

Try it out and let us know if you run into problems.

I added the record of type A. Do i have to create a CNAME record too,or its not needed

 

Just the A record will be fine.
