Suggestion to KB Article [Email Section] @ DiscountAsp.net

Hi, guys.


I finally found out why I couldn't send email out via Miscrosoft Outlook 2003 using my discountasp.net mail accounts.


I have phone my ISP....they said the outgoing server (SMTP) has to be theirs not the one we have on Discountasp.net since tons of spam out there ....they kinda discourage ppl using other mail server

Therefore, i wish my post could help the ppl who had the same problem but haven't find a solution neither from KB @ Discountasp.net nor from tech support @ discountasp.net


I suggest to follow Discountasp.net KB first. If it doesn't work ,then try to change outgoing mail server to one of your ISP's.

then...would you please add Telus mail server on the list too?
