Tag prefix replaced automatically with namespace

For some reason, after I finished building and customizing a webtopicbar (using ComponentOne's ASP.NET studio) for my site, it was working ok, but now if I select it with the designer and do any change to it, when I save and build, the ASPX file containing the topicbar replaces all tag prefixes (c1c) with the webtopicbar namespace... so it won't compile or work in the designer again, and I have to manually replace all the namespaces with the prefix again. The prefix declaration on top remains the same... any ideas? this is very annoying... thanks in advance

 

Yeah, no reply yet... also sent them an email about it... yeah it's pretty weird, honestly I'm not very pleased with their controls, they look nice but have run into a few problems working with them, that one and sometimes some design time null references while interting items... ohh well...
