  1. First off I would just like to say, my experience with DASP has been tremendous, I will make sure that I promote them on all points.

    Given that, I do find it hard to recommend DASP to critical business units, because of the lack of some well defined Ts and Cs. For example 99.8% uptime is defined as what? (Yearly, monthly, quarterly?) The Ts and Cs should establish what DASP will do for us if they do not meet customer expectations. Being that $10 is not that much money, you could possibly do a "store" credit type of scenario. Anyway, if this were established then I would recommend DASP to ANYONE!!!

    I did have trouble convincing one company to move their site because of the word "discount" in the name of the company.
