Thinking of switching to this host

Hi everyone,
I've been having problems lately with other hosting site, and a friend recommended this site to me. I was just wanting to get some feedback as to what folks think of this company and how hard is it going to be to switch companies?

 

The DASP staff will bend over backwards to help with site migrations.


I've gone with many hosts over the years and have never seen this level of service with any of the others.
