End Sub)</CODE>I have an app hosted on DASP and it allows a user to upload an Excel file. The file is always the same name ExcelImport.xls. If I try and upload the file more than once I get an error that the file is open by another process. It looks like it is making me wait until the session times out before I can upload the file again. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is? And/or how I can correct it?

that error can be caused by your application creating an exclusive lock on the file.
