Yes, accurate information would make us look slightly more competent, wouldn't it. Along those lines we are working on replacing that static page with a more easily updated system that anyone in the office can manage. As it is now there are only two of us who can change that page, and that's not cool. Well, it's not cool if you're the one whose phone is ringing in the middle of the night. But we recognize the flaws in that global outage site and we're working on improving it.
