We registered the domain name on your behalf with our Domain Name partner as part of our ordering process. For some reason our partner declined the transaction which is most likely due to credit card or billing information and not in our control. We explained within minutes of your inquiry regarding the Domain Name Cancellation exactly what to do in order to recify the situation. I'm sorry you did not give our company a chance to provide hosting services for you. We know what is out there for hosting and it isn't pretty. Good Luck
