transfer data (not schema) from SQL Express to hosted SQL Server 2005

    nm...never mind...all it took was a good dose of coffee.


    Anyway, what a great .NET hosting service discount ASP is. My 3rd in as many days.

    How do I transfer data (not schema) from my local SQL Express 2005 to my hosted SQL Server 2005?

    I saw 1 thread about it here, but the instructions ended with 'export / import', of which SQL Express is devoid of.

    Seems only thing Express can do is backup / restore, but that would require access to the hosted file system

    so certainly not allowed.

    any ideas?
