Hi, I have two user in discountasp: 1- ..... 2- :::::: and i bought new database to (......) user but i need this new database to ( ::::: ) user? How i can transfer this new database from (......) user to ( ::::: ) user?
An add-on service cannot be transferred between accounts so you will want to follow these steps to transfer the database between Site Accounts, which I assume if what you meant by "users". 1. Log in to the Control Panel for the account that currently has the database (......) and use your Control Panel's SQL Tools Suite to create a backup of your database. 2. Connect to the hosting space of the (......) account and download this database backup. 3. Connect to the hosting space of the :::::: account and upload the database backup. 4. Log in to the Control Panel for the :::::: account and purchase a database add-on. 5. Restore the backup of the database to the :::::: account's new database add-on. Once the restore is completed you will have transferred the database from the (......) account to the :::::: account. To remove the database from the (......) account after the transfer, open up a ticket with the Billing Department and ask that they remove the add-on service.
