transfer my site

    Hello,

    I have my site myrebateclub.com hosted by your servers. I would like to also have you carry the name.
    Right now I have my domain registered at 1and1.com, it is then pointed to your name servers. How do bring over my name to you as well? I want to transfer to you.
    I am a bit new at this so I am sorry if this sounds stupid.

    Unfortunately since we are not a certified registrar we cannot perform registrar transfers. We only register domains on the customer's behalf if it is open to the public.

    Please refer to this kb article for more information and explanation on the difference of a dns transfer and a registrar transfer.

    If you're not happy with 1and1, you can transfer your domain to another domain registrar. Choose your preferred domain registrar and consult with them as to how to get the domain transferred.
