Transfering domain to another hosting provider

One of my customers want´s to move his domain name bought from Discount to another hosting provider.

Is it possible to give him control of the domain name and keep my plan with discount ? (databases, etc.)

What information should I give to him in order to allow him taking his domain name ?

What you are going to want to do is create a ticket with our billing department through the support portal.

They can help you with getting your authorization code so that you can transfer your domain to another registrar.

Once you transfer the domain to another registrar you will need to update your DNS servers to point to us so that all your DNS records will point to the correct IP's
