  1. Due to the poor SQL Server database performance, I've been attempting to transfer my site (which is paid in full for another 4 months) to another hosting solution. I say 'attempting' because everything is ready to go and I have a live database on my new site (performing a query that took 30 secs here in 3-4 secs), yet there is still some 'delay' on your end (why? I can't imagine) in re-routing my domain to the new host.

I submitted my request yesterday, and all I've been told in the last day is that it's being 'expedited' to billing? Since when is anything 'expedited to billing'. What do they have to do with setting up the transfer, when this needs to be performed on the technical side??? And is billing even open?

I've been a customer here for 3 years with many of my customers, but you're doing a great job of convincing me to pull all my sites.

  3. All I can say is "cragi's loss". I have been with DASP for 4-5 years now and have been using SQL for 2 and have had no problems whatsoever. Any quirks that I have come across (usually do to my own mistakes) have been quickly resolved by DASP. I have many friends that have struggled through many many host changes due to poor service or poor performance while I sit back and smile at how successful my site has been. One of these days, they'll listen to me when I recommend DASP to them!

  4. I'd have to agree withEYSpeedon this one. I haven't been here for years as many have, but I sure am hooked so far.

my SQL DB runs much much faster than my last host.
