True disk space usage monitor and manager

I have several applications on my site, a photo galleries for example, that allow users to upload files. The uploaded files are not stored under my user account (as they are through ftp) so they don't show up when I view my disk space usage. Because of that, it's really hard to get an idea of my actual disk usage.

I've emailed support a few times to change the disk space allotted to my user account and the ASP.NET account the files are uploaded as. Because I can't see that allotment or usage, the only way I know to email support is when a user gets a 'Disk Space Error' and emails me.

Support has been very responsive and helpful every time I've needed them to change the disk usage allotment. However It would really be nice to have a tool where I can view the disk usage and allot the space myself.

Is there a tool in the works to handle this? If so is there any ETA on it? If not would you please pass this along to the necessary people.
