Typical support response times

  1. Can anyone tell me what the typical support response times are when using the helpdesk tickets?
     
  2. For my DASP accounts the response is often within minutes, at most the next business day.

    I am asking because I posted a ticket yesterday, and asside from a quick link pointing to a KB article I had already read there has been little communication. I responded a few hours ago that this was not my issue and provided more detail and have heard nothing.

    Does anyone else here use a custom class as a type in thier profile? The problem i am having seems to be related to this but I am not sure.

    Response time usually depends on the time the ticket is created. In general, we want to get a response to our user within 60 minutes during business hour. You may see some delay during morning hours and late night.


    Not exactly sure what you mean by "use a custom class as a type in thier profile". can you give us more details?
