UK Data Center

    Hi,

    I set up my website with discountasp when the only option was the US data center. They have now got a data center based in the UK and I am wondering whether to move my site over. Most of my website visitors are from the UK and the US site can be really slow at times. I have made changes to optimise the website to load faster and still have some latency. Has anyone else found that their websites based in the UK are quicker to load than those based in the US when accessed from the UK?

    If most of your users are in UK or EU, I recommend you put your site there. Whenever traffic cross atlantic, there's at least 100ms latency.
