unable to email another domain hasted at discountasp

  1. I signed up a client who has there own exchange server and setup the MX record appropriately.

    As soon as the account was activated I alwats get a bounce from System Admin that the user doesn't exist.

    Support has tried, but cant figure it out.

    Has anyone experienced this issue?

    I don't really want to set up forwards for every user as this would be a maintenance nightmare.

    These domains are probably on the same server and the mail server attempts to make a local delivery rather than send out to the proper MX server. You'll need to create a support ticket and request the domain disabled on our server.
