   How do I upload a website using Microsoft Publisher. I have tried doing what it says on Microsoft Publsiher help but it is not working.

   I know Publisher has site building abilities, but it has never been a very good tool as far as site creation goes.
   
   What are the steps you're trying and where does it fail? Any error messages?
