Hello, It's since this morning (European time) that my website www.pockeat.it has been locked without any warning and apparently no reasons. I've got no support whatsoever on ticket [2DB-19E91A97-02EF]. Our business is losing thousands euros and we don't know what to do. Please help. Mirko
Hi Mirko. I checked w/ our SA guys and it turns out the problem was caused by a file system corruption that happened during a maintenance reboot. The file system was not completely corrupted and it didn't report any error after a disk check. We received several complaints this morning regarding similar issue and that's when we identified the problem. We also found that it affected only a handful of customers. I apologize for the delayed response but our support team had to escalate the issue to our SA and it took them a little while to i.d. the problem.
