  1. Hi Folks - I'm in a bind here

    What I want do is have multiple domains come into my account. I know I can do this with the root domain pointer, but what I don't know is how to have each domain point to a different folder (or subfolder) within the root of my account.

    Example:
    www.domain1.com --> pulls it's resources from /root/domain1
    www.domain2.com --> pulls it's resources from /root/domain2

    When a user types in one of the domains that point to my account i want it to not pull the resources from the root, but pull the resouces from it's respective folder, but still show the domain as www.domain1.com or www.domain2.com.

    I know the KB gives examples on how to do this with subdomains, but I can't find anything with hwo to do it with regular top level domains...any ideas? I'm really in a bind here.

    Regards,
    Flustered programmer

    After you get to the Domain/Pointer Manager section of the Control Panel. Click the "Order Root Domain Pointer" tab

  3. I want to use a second domain in addition to my existing domain (www.domain1.com, www.domain2.com)
    As I've read, I followed these steps:

    1. logging in to my existing account
    2. click to Addons Manager
    3. click "To order go to Domain/Pointer Manager
    4. read "No Root Domain Ponter Exists"

    there is no action to select on this page

    So how can I set it up, to use a second domain?

    thx
