Well this topic was closed, however, I did all (I think), that have been said and written in knowledge base and I still can't remotely connect to manage with IIS 7.0, I have created an extra user and given him all kinds of permissions, though still can not Connect to server nor with connect to site will it work. Any more suggestions?
Double check that your settings are correct and that there are no antivirus/firewall programs blocking your network connection. You can also open a support ticket for this HERE.
I just checked your account and was able to log into IIS without any issues. This error message is usually due to invalid login information, so what I would recommend doing is updated the password to your secondary user in the user/quota manager page of your control panel to something simple just as a test. Once you update the password try logging in again and hopefully this should do the trick: User/Quota Manager
