Hi, I have a shared hosting account with discount asp. It is running on Windows 2008 and IIS7. I am getting very poor performance and I am having trouble identifying the issue. I think I have done everything possible on the application side to optimize performance. I have combined and minified all my js files and turn on the dynamic http compression and static file compression. i think the latency is caused by a network related issue. I tested your site from our office network and it loaded within 2 seconds.
Hi Bruce, What type of network related issue would be causing this and is there anything we can do to fix it? I am in Ontario Canada and my partner is in Cleveland Ohio and we are both experiencing the same performance issues. Thanks for help,

I went to your website and it loaded quickly...<~5sec...fast. I also recommend you do a tracert and a pathping to get some statistics.
