Visual Basic 2010 Express Application Not Publishing

I just downloaded and installed Visual Basic 2010 Express. I converted a simple Visual Basic 2008 application to a Visual Basic 2010 Express application to test publishing. I don't have any problem publishing the Visual Basic 2008 application to my discountasp.net site but the converted Visual Basic 2010 Express application never succeeds. I get the error:

Failed to connect to 'ftp://www.mysite.biz/TestClickOnceAgain/' with the following error: Unable to create the Web site 'ftp://www.mysite.biz/TestClickOnceAgain'. The components for communicating with FrontPage Server Extensions are not installed.

I have everything I need installed on my computer to publish successfully from Visual Studio 2008 so I'm not sure what's going on. When I publish from Visual Studio 2008 I always get an FTP log on window but when trying to publish from Visual Basic 2010 Express I get the error before any log on window.

Any ideas anyone and has anyone successfully published from Visual Basic 2010 Express or Visual Basic 2010 Pro to a discountasp.net site of theirs?

This used to be a problem in Visual Studio 2008 Express: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945358

Try installing Visual Web Developer 2010 Express and see if it goes away.
