VS Copy project help

    I am trying to upload my ASP.net project written in VB to website. I went thru the link below</o:p>
    http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10002</o:p>
    and did as it says but as soon as I click ?ok? button as it says in step 7 .I get other message box saying</o:p>
    ?Unable to open Web Project?/?.Not Found
