web email signon problems

    I just registered with DiscountASP.Net and am not able to view my webmail. Can somebody help me. I'm sure it is in the UserName. Assuming my username is timjonescom and my domain name is jonesinc.com, according to the instructions, my username should be [email protected].

    Is that correct? It is not working.
