Web Service Outbound Calls

    My site that I am considering moving over to discount asp.net makes a number of outbound web service calls to Twitter and Google API's. Are there any issues with this outbound or returning traffic? I just want to make sure there are no issues when I move over my site. Thanks in advance for your answer!
