   I haven't been able to connect to web146 in the last hour or so. Is there an issue?
   
   I have tried several different FTP clients and have tried pinging the FTP and the Alternate FTP and get no response.

   i am not aware of any issue on our end. If you can't ping it, the problem is a network related issue.
   
   I recommend you send a traceroute to support.
