web707 still having an issue

    Hi,

    My site is on web707 which just went down a bit ago and came back up; however, since it came back up my site has been unable to get a response from an external web service... I know that service is working as running the site locally it works; however, from my site on web707 I get a response timeout. It is trying to access flickr (http://68.142.214.24/)

    I tried making an external call to other website from the server and had no problem.
