WEB801 has reported a problem fo hours and nothing

    web801 has reported problems for hours and nothing has been done to id the problem and correct it?

    No way to contact anyone in this company

    The problem was indeed identified and corrected.

    As we mentioned in our response(s) to you on Twitter, if you're still having problems open a support ticket. That way your issue can be dealt with directly by a systems administrator.

    That's a little harsh, isn't it Bill? You've contacted us (and received responses) via this forum, Twitter and through the helpdesk. People also contact us via Facebook and Google Plus...come on, man, we're the easiest host in the world to contact!

    But I'll just reiterate for anyone else who happens to read this, if you have a technical problem, you should open a support ticket. We don't do technical support via Twitter, Facebook or Google Plus.

    But we'd be glad to talk to you anywhere.
     
  3. We did post it in our Outage section within our community forum.

    Every time we have a server outage or extensive disruptions to the server or our network that will affect our members websites we will post it in the Outage section of the community forum and routinely update the posts for any up to date status we receive from our systems administrator.

    If you're having problems with the Web Server, SQL, or Email server you should always check our Outages and Maintenance board first to see if we have reported anything.
