Webconfig file

Hello, i'm new in visual studio and i have some problem when deploying my website. Here is the URL of the site to see what sort of error i get: http://semenceorg0.web710.discountasp.net/
It seems that the error is due to the bad configuration of my web.config file. I would like to know if a web.config file is automatically generated when we get a new hosting space and how do we configure it. Or if we use our web.config file, how do we insert the informations of server name and server path. I have attached an example of my web.config for you help me in coding. My database is on another hoster. Thanks for helping!
